Usage Note

Hang the filter securely on the back wall of the aquarium and position the intake section below the water level. Add suitable filter media and fill the filter chamber with aquarium water before switching on the unit.

Maintain an appropriate aquarium water level so the filter can operate smoothly. Clean the intake section, surface skimmer, filter sponge, and impeller regularly to prevent reduced water flow.

Rinse biological filter media gently with removed aquarium water instead of chlorinated tap water to help preserve beneficial bacteria. Do not replace all established biological media at the same time.

Always switch off and unplug the filter before cleaning, adjusting, or performing aquarium maintenance. Keep the electrical plug, socket, and cable connection away from water.
