Usage Note

Install the filter securely on the aquarium wall and ensure the intake section remains below the water level. Fill the filter chamber with aquarium water before switching on the unit to help the filter begin circulating water correctly.

Clean the intake section, mechanical media, and filter chamber regularly to maintain consistent water flow. Rinse biological filtration media gently using removed aquarium water instead of chlorinated tap water to help preserve beneficial bacteria.

Avoid replacing all biological media at the same time, as this may reduce the beneficial bacterial colony. Always switch off and unplug the filter before cleaning, repositioning, or carrying out aquarium maintenance.
